You need to prepare for about 3 months. Read Master the boards about 4 - 5 times. Do

Clinical Review Q bank online, you must score more than 50 % marks. Make notes from the

explanations and revise them around 4 times.Read first aid at last.

Do Clinical review about 4 times.. just trust me that most cases are from Clinical Review,

i would suggest u guys to prepare eating disorders very well.

Type of questions:

i would say around 40% questions are the same as we did in step 2 ck..

The concepts and tutorials compiled by the University of Washington School of Medicine is very nice reference to coach yourself in the principles of medical ethics followed in the USA - its good enough for both USMLE Step 2 CK and Step 3 !

When I first looked at it , it seemed too much to do - but then as I started reading, it flowed with pretty easy logic. The short cases that are used to explain each ethical dilemma drives home the concepts really well !

Is there anything decent? I bought a set of "cases" that were terrible and I had to get my money back. Is there any website that has practice cases with the same type of software that USMLE uses? To me that would be the best kind of preparation. Test cases that have the same decision making process as the exam. Little bit of info, evaluate, do a short physical exam, get some test results and so on. I can't really find anything like that except for the five that are on the official USMLE ...

AN INTERNIST

An Internist is what you become after completing your residency in Internal Medicine. So how much would you make if you did not clinch that fellowship after your residency? You still would make enough to make your non-physician neighbour's green with envy...Here's the average yearly internist compensations in a few cities:

New York: $170,000/-

Los Angeles: $165,000/-

Houston: $152,000/-

Seattle: $155,000/-

This book is excellent overall.

Strengths:

It has a easy to read casual style and methodically covers all the topics from the USMLE problem list concentrating on management rather than the Step 2 level books. Crush Step 3 contains actually the same info as Crush Step 2 for instance. Lots of good tables and pictures. No wasted words or unneeded details. It excels for CCS as each topic is covered with what tests to order, what treatment to give and watch key things to watch out for which ...
