You need to prepare for about 3 months. Read Master the boards about 4 - 5 times. Do
Clinical Review Q bank online, you must score more than 50 % marks. Make notes from the
explanations and revise them around 4 times.Read first aid at last.

Do Clinical review about 4 times.. just trust me that most cases are from Clinical Review,
i would suggest u guys to prepare eating disorders very well.

Type of questions:
i would say around 40% questions are the same as we did in step 2 ck..
10% questions u dun have any clue about and some step 1 material like how a specific enzyme
works biochemically or mechanisms of drug resistance..
30% questions are based on ur understanding of the material u prepare from..
20% of the questions are where u have to decide what to do with the patient by that i mean
that when is it appropriate to refer the patient, not to treat the patient,etc..

Now my general impression about this exam is that it is no doubt whatsoever a doable exam
even for people who are not in a residency programme like myself so just study hard with
these two sources and u will be fine..i think there is no need to go back to step 2 ck
books..just read master the boards and do Clinical Review and i think u have all the bases
covered..
