Reviews "Your product is a crowd pleaser"
Dr Roy Meals. Primal Partner

“I am so impressed with them that I have already planned one of my up-coming patients' treatment sessions using them to demonstrate anatomy. I am sure that they will soon take the place of my collection of anatomy books! I will be sure to demonstrate the disc's capabilities to my colleagues”.
Mark Humphreys, Bsc (Hons)

“…..an inexhaustible resource in my ongoing studies, as well as in patient education. The clarity and attention to detail is remarkable! The facility of being able to rotate the figures through 360 deg., and the concept of building up the models layer by layer is an inspired variation on traditional teaching techniques. What a superb learning tool! Such an advantage over the two-dimensionality of a textbook!“
Alison Bell, MCSP

“Sorry to keep saying this, but the more I see this, the more breath-taking it becomes. The sheer MAGNITUDE of effort that has produced this is incredible.”
Donald Siwek

Reviews

“…… this Interactive CD-ROM stands alone, it is far above other resource materials which are available.Overall the information presented is stimulating, informative and visually exciting. Whilst rather more costly than a traditional text book the long term benefits far out weigh the immediate cost and will be a learning tool for the future.”
Australian Massage Association review of Sports Injuries Foot July 2003

"This is a new and innovative way of presenting lower limb anatomy to students, practitioners or patients. If you are studying anatomy for the first time, brushing up on previous studies or trying to explain features to another party, this CD should prove invaluable!"

“I work in a teaching hospital, the CD would be useful for educational purposes but it would be a marvelous way of explaining a total hip replacement to a patient also. How do you rate the content? Superb. 10/10 The CD is excellent. A work of genius and will surely help anyone who has the use of it. Congratulations.”
Orthopaedic Resident, Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children in Dublin, Ireland.

“The CD was excellent, overall well organized and good content. One of the best parts was the different diagrams with the corresponding anatomy image. The surgical videos were also great quality. The CD would be very useful for teaching, reference and patient education but I would use it most for resident teaching.”

Reviews

“The Interactive Spine offers a 3D (at last!), computer graphic model of the human spine with such incredible detail of all the individual anatomical features that it far exceeds anything I ever imagined possible. This is the definitive anatomical tool for osteopaths.”
An independent review by Robin Shepherd, D.O.

“The Interactive Spine in this reviewer’s opinion is an essential tool for the use in teaching, in the clinic and in presentations. This software has unmatched power to convey anatomical features in a comprehensible format and can be used as a powerful resource to educate the jury and adjudicator”
Disability Today (US)

“The anatomy of the spine is complex, as anyone trying to understand serial axial spinal MRI slices will tell you. The subject is ripe for a lucid and authoritative analysis, which this CD – wonderfully and enjoyably – provides.”

Reviews

"This software would have to be considered as a definite threat to standard anatomy textbooks, and makes an excellent primer for the dissection laboratory. For institutions without access to anatomy dissection laboratories, the Primal offerings would have to be considered as a possible alternative. This software sets the standard against which other anatomy multi-media products will be measured."
Rachel Taylor, Lecturer and Clinical Tutor, UNITEX Institute of Technology New Zealand Journal of Osteopathic Medicine October 2002

“Because Gross Anatomy is not a requirement of our program, I am ecstatic that we can get our students exposed to and using your incredible teaching aide. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have no idea of the potential impact of your work on our field.“

Reviews

“Certainly is a remarkable program and I am a better radiologist by far having spent a lot of time with the program. I feel I know my basic anatomy as well as when I finished my first year of medical school. Fantastic learning tool for me. This really plays to my way of learning what was initially perceived as complicated and now is very simple. “
Dr. Bill Buss, Loma Linda University Medical Center

“Our students have been so fascinated with the Primal anatomy CDs that some have stayed up half the night studying the images and linking back and forth to text! I myself now can visualize anatomical relationships that previously were sketchy. The rotating 3D images and ability to "dissect" with a mouse click make learning anatomy fun and efficient. Now I can't wait for Primal to do for kinesiology what they've done for anatomy, by making the images of muscles and joints come alive with movement! “

Reviews

"This is an excellent resource for medical students, and orthopaedic and plastic surgery trainees"
British Medical Journal

"The clarity and accuracy of the images provided within your software program allowed our attendees to clearly view each muscular, arterial, venous, nervous component, as well as bone and joint structures, and significantly improved the quality of our presentation.

Additionally, the unique capability of the software to deconstruct the intended anatomical structure from a superficial to a joint level view provided our students and therapists with a more efficient and valuable learning experience as they were able to see the structure in the context of the specific quadrant of the body and surrounding tissues."

Reviews

"Optometrists and their patients will be amazed by the new interactive 3D Head and Neck software just released this month by Primal Pictures.

OAA Staff were thoroughly impressed by the eye module which enables the user to view a 3D eyeball from any angle and “peel” back the layers to demonstrate the different structures inside the eye. The level of detail in the eye module is such that it would not be difficult for a lay person to understand the images; however it includes enough detail to enable the optometrist to demonstrate where most eye problems and diseases occur. In addition, there are layered 3D images of the orbit (including detailed views of the vascular supply and distribution of nerves), extraocular muscles and lacrimal apparatus. The software also provides an astonishing level of detail of the anatomy of the brain, head, neck, ears, face, oral cavity and skull that would be invaluable for any anatomy student – if only it were available when I was in 2nd year Optometry!
Paula Katalinic (OAA NSW Projects officer, Australia)

"This DVD is an excellent attempt to traverse the bridge between academic knowledge and surgical ‘feel’. Its interactivity with MRI and clinical pictures surpasses the traditional anatomical tomes.."
K Evans. The Journal of Laryngology & Otology

"The DVD shows excellent magnetic resonance imaging (MEI) sectional images of the head and neck along side diagramatic anatomical views. These are appropriately labelled and the images can be scrolled from deep to superficial as well as rotated in ther vertical plane. In days where less emphasis is placed on Anatomy teaching this would also be suitable for medical students, particularly as cadaver dissections are included. Traineees in radiology as well as those in the surgical disciplines would find this extremely instructive"
Neil Tolley, Consultant ENT Surgeon, St Mary's Hospital, London, UK

"What a great surprise!! I received my order yesterday afternoon!! The fun part was my IT support staff was there. We loaded the CD and it was GREAT!!

... my IT gentleman, said he supports some ninety MDs and Dentists in the area. None, has anything like this. I plan to use it today. I have a patient returning with neck problems and I know I can use your CD to show her exactly where the problem is. Thanks for all the communication and support. I will pass on to my fellow ENTs how great your product is.!!"
